Orecchiette are a typical format of southern Italy and we offer the following cuts from our artisan producer in Apuglia.

The tricolor edition is special format celebrates the Italian spirit with spinach, tomatoes and beetroot in the mixture. Ideal to taste, according to tradition, with turnip greens or with tomato and oregano sauce. 
Tricolor-Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, dehydrated tomato (2%), dehydrated spinach (2%), dehydrated beetroot (0.3%), water.

Orecchiette con peperoncino - This special format is made with carefully selected durum wheat semolina, chilli pepper, red chard and dehydrated tomato. Ideal to be enjoyed with turnip greens and fried breadcrumbs or with salted ricotta and rocket. Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, chilli (2%), red beet (2%), dehydrated tomato (0.3%).

Orecchiette con spinachi - Made with the use of spinach inside the dough., rich green color & taste.

To make the wholemeal version, a part of whole durum wheat semolina is added to the durum wheat semolina. Ideal with tomato and olive sauce or accompanied by turnip greens and sausage. Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, whole durum wheat semolina (30%), water.

Cooking time: 15/18 minutes.
